This is the most essential arrangement for placing slab concrete for multistoried buildings. It consists of a friction winch driven by diesel engine. The pulley placed on the top of the tower engages bucket by means of wire rope. By engaging the friction rollers the drum rotates, which in turn provides motion to the wire rope. The tower consists of modular angle frames that can be joined to provide suitable height.

CAPACITY
It has gross lifting capacity of 1000 k.g (one metric ton) at the speed of (110 feet per minute) the net safe load is 800 k.g net
WINCH
It is a friction type winch two flanges are provided on the rope drum to receive motion from continuously rotating friction roller shaft .winch is provided with brake liners mounted on brakes shoes for stopping the hoisting skip in any position on the towers.
A suitable length of wire rope is provided with the winch depending upon the height of the towers.
TOWERS
Fabricated from mild steel angles & are in lengths of 16 ft the towers and 8 ft. The towers ends are designed for quick erection by means of fish plates. The erection is easy and convenient to give the skip a smooth motion without jerks.
SAFTEY CARRIAGE & SKIP
The tilting skip is fabricated from steel sheet and is suitably welded with steel pipes for sturdiness. It is mounted on a skip carrier and can be tilted either way for discharge and has a capacity of 200 liters (7 cft mixed) concrete.
