SCREET BOARD VIBRATOR

ONE TON CAPACITY

This is a versatile surface vibrator, most useful for concrete slabs of bridges, concrete Roads & Pavements, Air-Port Run way, industrial Floorings etc.

FREQUENCY OF VIBRATION	4000 Vibrations per minute
AMPLITUDE	2.2 mm approx
ADAPTABILITY The vibrating unit is mounted in the center of wooden screed-Board of 8”x3” section & of required length as per the width of the surface to be vibrated. The two shock-absorbing handles are fixed on each end of the screed board. The screed board is now put on the two channels on either side of the slab. The vibrator is pushed by the means of the handle while the concrete is poured in front of it. The creed-board not only vibrates the concrete, but also smoothens the surface. The screed vibrator is capable of vibrating 15-20ft wide surface and its-vibration is effective for 10” dept under favourable conditions.
CAPACITY This vibrator can finish upto 4 batches of 10/7 output at one time.
