It is essential to remove dirt, dust & slit from the sand to bring quality in construction. Considering the criteria, we have designed screening & washing in one machine only. The screen is vibrated at high speed with eccentric shaft. Sieved sand is conveyed through a water bath and comes out from the given outlet. Four M.S. wheels are provided for transportation.

A typical design to sieve the sand in large production. Dry sand as well as wet sand can be sieved. Efficient screening is achieved. Wastage of sand is avoided through this machine. Four springs are provided in between screen & chasis to avoid vibrations on the chasis. Vibrations are created by eccentric shaft. Screen is replaceable.
